Brilliant! Duncan finds a stack of letters next to his crayon box, each one from a different crayon, explaining why they quit. Red feels over-worked, with his all-year-long task of coloring things red – fire engines, valentines, Santas, strawberries, apples…he’s exhausted! Beige feels invisible, with the most boring task of coloring turkey dinners 9yawn) and wheat (seriously??). Green’s happy, but asks Duncan to settle an argument between orange and yellow, who each think they should be the color of the sun.

This book is destined to be a true classic. EVERY home should have one!
